Back to Basic! A basic breakdown of the bible books!

Leviticus (3rd book in the Old Testament).

God gave laws to His people so that they would honour Him and live healthy lives.

Moses, Aaron, Aaron's sons.

Special features.
Describes several kinds of offerings, including those for guilt, grain, sin, and fellowship. Explains why two of Aaron's sons were burned to death when they did a burnt offering wrong. Tells what God has to say about getting rid of mildew. Gives instructions for the first Day of Atonement; still a major Jewish holiday. Shows that God loves celebrations as much as laws when he called for various feasts.
